Great teachers or mentors are like great celebrities, athletes, or politicians. We may know, but, that what they do isn’t easy, they seem to do it so effortlessly that we think it’s no big deal — until we try it ourselves. Then we learn quickly just how difficult it is to teach — and to develop the qualities of those teachers in ourselves. No doubt, there is some truth to the idea that certain people are just born teachers because they happen to be blessed with these traits in abundance.

Acknowledging and recognizing that the NRI Foundation in its program Jashn-e-Telangana held on 29th December 2018 at Indra Darshini Auditorium, Public Gardens, Hyderabad has bestowed a Star of Telangana Award to Honourable Mr. Kamaluddin Hamed Salmani for his effortless contribution in developing a system for Toddlers Education Techniques (TET).  A copywrite method developed by him for using a child’s IQ for the pinnacle in early childhood, where children learn through direct experience: seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and movements.
